Shift Timings: North America Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST) and work from office ONLY
The Solution Leader at Whatfix plays a pivotal role in leading a team of Solution Consultants (SCs) specializing in Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) solutions. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can drive value consulting, team development while aligning technical expertise with revenue growth and customer success. Ideal candidates bring domain expertise in ERP, CRM, or Banking, with experience in SaaS pre-sales within a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Growth:
Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing SC team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management to build a resilient and empowered team.
Value Consulting & Sales Enablement:
Align pre-sales strategies with sales goals, ensuring the team delivers impactful and customer-focused solutions throughout the sales cycle.
Act as a change-maker by championing best practices, driving account expansion, and unlocking business value for customers.
Customer Advocacy & Product Collaboration:
Build trusted relationships with customers and partners, acting as an advisor to strengthen loyalty and account growth.
Collaborate with product teams to share customer insights, influence the roadmap, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Thought Leadership & Enablement:
Deliver impactful presentations and customized proposals to address customer challenges and demonstrate DAP value.
Advocate for DAP solutions through white papers, webinars, and workshops, establishing thought leadership in the domain.
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of experience, with a proven track record in pre-sales leadership, SaaS environments, and account expansion strategies.
Expertise in solution selling, technical proposals, and fostering cross-functional relationships.
Strong domain knowledge in ERP, CRM, or Banking, coupled with exceptional communication skills.
