We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk Management Operations Specialist to manage manual operational verification tasks and support process optimization initiatives. This role is critical for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in practice onboarding, fund transfers, and credit checks, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our verification processes.
Joining us, you will:
- Perform manual verification tasks during client onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation and data meet internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct credit checks and evaluate client information using external and internal tools
- Process fund rebookings and initiate refund transfers with accuracy and adherence to established protocols
- Review and confirm client and transaction details to ensure compliance with operational and financial guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in existing verification and operational processes
- Develop and implement improved workflows and checklists to enhance the accuracy, speed, and reliability of manual tasks
- Maintain accurate records of all verifications, fund movements, and client checks to support audit and compliance efforts
- Provide training and guidance to team members on updated processes and best practices
- Support the resolution of operational discrepancies and client inquiries related to verification or financial transactions
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in operations, accounting, or administrative roles within financial services, factoring, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in manual tasks and data entry
- Experience with scoring and rating systems for credit or risk assessment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical mindset and proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Experience in process improvement or workflow optimization is a plus
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain operational processes
- Proficiency in German and English is required; additional languages, e.g. Italian, are advantageous
