What’s the opportunity about?
We are looking for a new Account Manager to join our team who will play a key role in how we manage and drive growth through our existing accounts.
We are on a journey to scale customer account growth and are looking for exceptional, cross-functional talent to drive the account management strategy for key customers. Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you will be accountable for developing the strategy and approach to improving customer experience with Unbabel and expanding the value our customers are currently getting across the organisation.
- You’ll own the day to day relationships for our key customers with highest expansion potential and focus on identifying expansion and cross-sell business opportunities;
- Measure ROI and track the success of customer deployments, focus on key success indicators and opportunities for growth;
- Creative high touch B2B programs that drive revenue will be the key areas you’ll focus on, including prospecting and selling to new POCs and sister companies; and participating in RFPs.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of prior customer facing revenue role at a SaaS company or startup (AM, SDR, AE, CSM);
- Knack for enhancing customer experience, continually building and managing a pipeline of upselling, and cross-selling opportunities;
- Experience in working effectively with people at all levels in an organization;
- Big-picture, solution oriented can-do attitude and collaborative approach;
- Excitement for data to drive your decisions;
- Interest and experience in LSPs, customer support, translation, technology, or AI;
- Exceptional English writing skills and experience working with Salesforce.
