Your responsibilities
- You develop, implement, and optimise our Google & Bing Ads strategies within our 30 markets and Product verticals (bikes, e-bikes, bike parts, accessories and more) to achieve company’s objectives.
- You monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates and conduct A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance.
- You allocate and monitor budgets across campaigns to ensure optimal spending efficiency
- You stay updated on industry trends, ads platform changes, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge, perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

About you
- You have 3+ years of experience managing high-budget Google/Bing Ads campaigns (eCommerce or agency experience preferred).
- You have a proven track record in data-driven performance marketing strategies, with deep expertise in digital channels such as paid search, social media, display, and affiliate marketing, delivering significant growth and ROI improvements.
- You have an excellent understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models.
- You have strong analytical and technical skills, including experience with marketing automation platforms, data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Metabase), and A/B testing methodologies to drive decision-making and optimisation.
- You are proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage and optimize large marketing budgets, stay on top of emerging trends, and swiftly adjust strategies to drive sustained business growth in a fast-paced environment.
