About the Role:
As Installation Operations Specialist (m/f/d) at Tibber, you ensure our customers have the best possible experience with installation of the products they purchase from our store. You support the Installations Team with a variety of tasks including: training installers, co-ordinating orders & deliveries, interfacing with Customer Support to assist customers, and evaluating the performance of our Installer Partners to ensure we offer our customers the best quality installation experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the installation journey from delivery to commissioning
- Attend weekly meetings with our installation partners to evaluate KPIs, align plans, problem solve challenging installs, and identify areas for improvement
- Liaise with customer support on installation queries & tickets to ensure our customers are well-informed and assisted with their questions as soon as possible
- Identify areas for improvement in the installation journey, commissioning processes or product design,
- Assist the finance team to process invoices and disputes efficiently
- Ensure our installations are of the highest quality and in accordance with the latest guidelines and regulations with support from our market experts
- Co-ordinate with our supply chain team as necessary to evaluate stock levels, delivery times and address logistics problems
⚡⚡️Ideal Profile
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably with a technical focus within the energy or installations field
- Technical Aptitude: You’re comfortable discussing electrical components, enjoy diving into technical details, and are always eager to learn and adapt
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and meet deadlines with precision
- Proactive and Flexible: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment. You can work independently, seamlessly switch between tasks, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Analytical Mindset: You have a knack for handling data, enjoy analyzing trends, and take pride in delivering insightful reports
