Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Paid Media Manager to join our lean marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing complex funnels, with a strong emphasis on app-based campaigns. They have a strong sense of brand and understand how to lead creative testing and production. Experience in the fintech industry is preferred as well as a proven track record of driving paid user acquisition from 0 to 1.
Key Responsibilities:
Own Fizz’s paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google and more including media buying, creative strategy and execution to drive user acquisition.
Analyze and optimize complex marketing funnels to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.
Manage and execute app-based campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Assess campaign performance, implement learnings, and improve future strategies.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop world class creative
Find winning messages and develop a framework for continual testing
Set up and monitor events within campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of key metrics.
Understand and navigate SKAN limitations to effectively strategize and implement campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in paid media and fintech to keep Fizz at the forefront of student financial solutions.
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in paid media management, preferably in the fintech sector.
Proven experience in developing and optimizing complex marketing funnels.
Demonstrated success in 0 to 1 acquisition strategies.
Understanding of brand marketing and creative strategy
Strong writing skills with a great sense of brand
Proficiency in campaign management across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.
Experience with app-based marketing campaigns in a post iOS 14 world
Strong understanding of event setup and performance tracking.
Experience with Appsflyer and other MMPs
Familiarity with SKAN limitations and the ability to strategize accordingly.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
