We are looking for a passionate sales professional to drive our business growth. The role will be primarily responsible for selling our key services to prospective clients in the US and Europe. Thus a strong experience in IT service sales will be the ideal fit for the role.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed the assigned quantitative and qualitative targets for each period.
- Searching for clients within The USA and Europe region who might benefit from the company's services offered.
- Negotiation of terms and contracts with clients.
- Reporting to the Executive Board.
- Develop a scalable sales process and ensure representatives adhere to it correctly.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Act as a customer advocate.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales service support and assistance.
- Attend marketing events (e. g. conferences or trade shows) representing the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in IT Services Sales.
- Prior knowledge of open-source and cloud-native technologies is a must.
- The ability to understand an offshore operation and sell outsourced software services to The US and Europe geography must be a key expertise.
- Comfortable with work timings involving overlapping time zones.
- Proven track record of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding Sales executives.
- Experience presenting to prospects and customers throughout any phase of the deal cycle.
- Proven track record of recruiting top sales talent.
- Ability to offer a solution-based sales approach.
- Experience and a proven Sales methodology including pipeline management, forecasting, and prospecting for new opportunities.
- Strong leadership qualities with proven track records.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A fair idea about Digital marketing will be a plus.
