Qargo is a tech start-up with offices based in London and Ghent (Belgium). We’re on a mission to transform the transportation industry by making it more efficient, profitable, and sustainable. We are building the most user-friendly and intuitive Transport Management System (TMS) on the market that automates administrative processes and optimizes planning. To achieve our mission and support our growth, we’re looking for a Team Lead for our Professional Services team.
In this role you’ll:
✅ Lead and manage the Professional Services team, consisting of Business Analysts and Integrations Support Officers, providing guidance on both functional and technical aspects.
✅ Support team members in understanding customer workflows, and teach them how to perform configurations and data mappings.
✅ Conduct resource planning for the team, ensuring commitments to the Customer Onboarding team are met and projects are delivered on time.
✅ You’ll support the Customer Success team to handle the intake of new integration requests.
✅ Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the team.
✅ Liaise with engineering leadership to suggest product improvements that facilitate team operations.
✅ Report to Customer Success leadership on time spent on tasks for accurate customer billing.
✅ Identify process changes to improve communication between the Customer Onboarding and Engineering teams.
What we are looking for:
✅ Proven experience in a leadership or team management role, ideally within a tech or startup environment.
✅ Familiarity with solution design, including API/EDI integration.
✅ Background in ERP, TMS, or WMS is a plus.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
✅ A proactive and problem-solving mindset, capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
✅ Experience in project management and delivering results under tight deadlines.
✅ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
✅ Fluent in English.
