The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs to drive top-of-funnel leads and nurture prospects throughout the funnel. You will analyze data, track performance against objectives, and continuously improve campaigns. The role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as content creators and product marketing, to achieve business goals.
Your challenge
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies, including ad campaigns across platforms (especially LinkedIn), SEO/SEM efforts, and nurture programs to drive pipeline growth and meet revenue goals.
Data Analysis, Reporting & Budget Management: Analyze performance metrics for campaigns, generate reports for stakeholders, and manage marketing budgets to ensure the highest ROI while adhering to financial targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Optimization: Coordinate with content creators and other teams to map customer journeys, conduct A/B testing, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to enhance campaign performance.
Event and Webinar Management: Own the development and successful execution of targeted marketing programs, such as events, webinars, and direct mail, that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
ABM Strategy: Assist the Head of Marketing in developing and executing an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to target specific accounts and personas effectively.
Funnel Management: Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and nurture leads through the marketing-sales funnel.
Your profile
Experience: 5-7 years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.
Campaign Development: Proven ability to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
Analytical & Data-Driven: Deep knowledge of measurement and analytics, with the ability to make data-backed decisions. Experience in using data to create actionable insights and plans.
Technical Skills: Fluent in marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot) and CRM systems, with experience developing campaigns, lead scoring, and building landing pages.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with strong prioritization skills to meet business needs and deadlines.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and external audiences.
Collaboration & Problem Solving: Strong cross-functional team collaboration skills, with a track record of addressing challenges faced by various stakeholders.
