In This Role, You Will:

Be responsible for the People Operations day-to-day operations throughout the entire employee lifecycle from on-boarding to off-boarding, within our German entities and potentially other European countries.

Manage requests via our ticketing system (Jira) with a high focus on defined SLA’s and employee experience (e.g. employment contracts, leaves, absence, amendments, off-boarding…).

Within Workday, our HRIS, you will look after all processes and requests with high focus on data accuracy and data quality.

Proactively seek process improvement opportunities and efficiency enhancements.

Support compliance matters, from internal audits to process quality assurance.

Work closely with the People Technology team to manage the workflows and automation of our internal systems.

Work closely with our external and internal stakeholders (People Ops, Payroll, People Tech, People Business Partner (‘PBP’) team, Talent Acquisition, Employee Resource Groups, Finance, Workplace and external providers) to ensure accurate data exchange and effective operations management.

Take on independent tasks in various exciting internal projects, such as process automation and data quality.

Be the main People Team representative in our Vienna office and support in office tasks such as managing post and people related compliance local matters, local new hires onboarding and providing support for other teams within the People Team, especially some office management support (deliveries, visitors, event support).
What You Need To Be Successful:

2 years minimum of hands-on HR work experience.

Extensive knowledge of full employee lifecycle (employment contracts, onboarding, leaves of absence, off-boarding…) ideally in the German market.

Excellent English and German written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Must be diligent and persistent in follow-up and completion.

Ability to work and build partnerships across departments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as Google docs/sheets.

Experience working with HRIS (WorkDay) and ticketing systems is a big plus.

Be based in Vienna or willing to relocate.
