As a Working Student Accounting (m/f/d) at HeyJobs, you will gain extensive insights into the daily tasks of our finance team. After comprehensive training, you will actively support our accounts receivable department. In doing so, you will be the direct point of contact for all departments.
In this role, you can earn an hourly salary up to 18€.

🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs
You take on tasks related to daily financial and accounts payable accounting.
You support the internal processing and approval process of invoices as well as the coding of incoming and outgoing invoices.
You assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
You support account reconciliation, bank postings, provisions, and cash management.
You gain insights into plausibility checks and variance analyses.
🤝 What sets you up for success
You are studying in an economics-related field.
You are eager to gain experience in financial accounting or have already acquired some experience in this field and wish to expand your skill set.
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are a proactive, reliable, and communicative team player.
You have a passion for numbers and have some initial experience with Excel.
You quickly understand complex matters and work very well independently, results-oriented, and structured.
You have business-fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written, German is a plus!
