🔍Who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Events Manager to join our team in Prague. You will lead the planning and execution of our conferences, webinars, workshops, and trade shows around the world, showcasing our fraud prevention solutions and driving engagement with industry professionals, potential clients, and partners.
âť“What you'll do
- Plan and manage events such as conferences, webinars, workshops, and trade shows
- Develop event strategies aligned with company goals, targeting industry professionals, potential clients, and partners
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure event content showcases fraud prevention solutions and innovations
- Coordinate with subject matter experts, speakers, and panelists from within the fraud prevention and compliance sectors
- Manage event budgets, optimizing resources to maximize ROI, and ensure cost-effective execution
- Oversee event marketing strategies, including email campaigns, digital advertising, and content creation tailored to the fraud prevention industry
- Manage attendee registration and coordinate allocation of leads with sales
- Supervise on-site event logistics, from booth setup at trade shows to ensuring speakers and attendees are well supported
- Collect and analyze event feedback to measure success and improve future fraud prevention events
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends in fraud prevention to ensure relevant and timely event topics

- You have at least 5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in the technology or Fintech sectors
- You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- You can manage budgets and optimize resources efficiently
- You are a strong communicator and collaborator, able to work across teams and with external experts
- You have experience in overseeing event marketing strategies and creating engaging content
- You are driven by results and can effectively measure and improve event success
- You stay up-to-date with industry trends and are proactive in applying insights to your work
