We are looking for a Video Editor Intern, with the possibility of continuity, to join our post-production team in the Marketing Department of Lookiero.
The person will participate in the editing of videos for social networks, paid marketing campaigns and influencer marketing, working initially under supervision and progressing towards greater autonomy in the creation and optimisation of audiovisual content.

What will be your challenge? (Key accountabilities)
- Video editing:
- Editing videos for social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- Creation of reels and short videos with a focus on storytelling.
- Editing of video commercials for paid marketing campaigns.
- Post-production of audiovisual pieces for branding and promotional campaigns.
- Design and Animation:
- Creation of titles, motion graphics, and basic animations.
- Integration of subtitles, text overlays, and other interactive visual elements.
- Familiarisation with 2D animation tools for advertisements and explainer videos.
- Content Optimisation and Adaptation:
- Adaptation of videos to different formats and platforms (resolutions, lengths, proportions).
- Optimisation of videos for fast loading on online platforms.
- Subtitling and localisation of multi-language content.
- Collaboration in Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Conceptualisation and Creative Strategies: Familiarisation with the conceptualisation and development of creative advertising strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Production and Recording: Participation in the pre-production and production phase.
- Understanding of the digital marketing funnel and the role of video at each stage.
- Working closely with the marketing team to define the video creative pipeline.
- Analysing video performance and learning best practices for future campaigns.
What will make you succeed? (Skills, know-how and experience)
- You have professional education in video editing, audiovisuals or similar.
- You have knowledge and some proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and other editing tools. You also have knowledge of file management and organisation tools in collaborative software (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Drive...).
- We want you to develop and grow with us, no previous experience necessary. You are passionate about social networks, digital content, and what’s trending.
