Since our launch in 2016, we have grown rapidly to become Europe's leading online personal shopping platform with a presence in 11 European countries and more than 600 employees and collaborators of 27 nationalities.
What will be your challenge? (Key accountabilities)
- You will define and manage the annual production calendar taking into account creative needs and budget.
- You will plan, organise and structure the work of the Studio Team, with a clear setting of weekly and monthly goals.
- You will manage and monitor the production budget, administering invoices from suppliers and freelancers, and ensuring detailed follow-up.
- You will define and plan the detailed production schedule and provide budget estimates.
- You will source, hire and coordinate talent, locations and freelancers, managing contact and booking.
- You will coordinate the logistics and resources required for each shooting.
- You will monitor the timing of production sessions to ensure that the established plan is met.
- You will continuously improve the production process in terms of cost, logistics and operational efficiency.
What will make you succeed? (Skills, know-how and experience)
- You have 2-3 years of production experience.
- You must have project management and budget management skills; plan and execute production projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to draw up detailed production schedules and logistical coordination.
- You have experience in recruitment and talent management: stylists, locations and freelance.
- Effective communication: you are able to communicate clearly with the team, suppliers and customers.
