Your mission
Your main tasks will be:
Lead UX research projects using qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate and improve user experiences.
Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to guide user-focused product decisions.
Define and create user tracking events in tools like Amplitude, Piwik Pro, Matomo, or Google Analytics.
Conduct A/B testing and leverage data insights to optimize user interactions.
Present research findings to stakeholders, advocating for data-driven design improvements.
Lead workshops to educate teams on UX principles and research methods, ensuring effective use of UX insights.
Your profile
Must-haves:
8+ years in design, with 5+ years dedicated to UX research in a larger design team (not as a solo designer).
Expertise in UX research methods: usability testing, interviews, surveys, A/B testing, etc.
Strong communication skills to present insights and advocate for user needs.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence product strategy.
Experience with tools like Qualtrics, UserTesting, or Maze, delivering impactful research.
Based in Vienna, Munich, Paris, or London.
