We are looking for a friendly and ambitious Product Manager to join our Measurement team. The team owns the Algorithms, pipelines, and dashboard features that allow our customers to measure the incremental impact of their marketing activities across channels.
This is a new team at Funnel, based in Hamburg, Germany. At Funnel, we work in cross-functional teams and put a strong emphasis on team collaboration. Teams here are not handed requirements, but rather problems to solve. Together with your peers, you develop and take responsibility for your part of the product.
Learning is central to us, and we use both qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate features and discover opportunities. We work with small iterations and deploy to production several times a day.
The Role
In this cross-functional team, you as the Product Manager bring a deep understanding of our customers' challenges, priorities and day-to-day. You’re a domain expert in marketing analytics, data visualization and business intelligence. In the team, you’re the person who’s most fluent in our business, strategy, go-to-market and domain. You take the lead in making sure the team collects feedback and perspectives from the commercial teams and communicates changes that impact their work.
Together with the team, you make tough priorities that balance short-term operational needs with long-term impact on the product strategy. We believe that the best collaboration and innovation happens when teams work together in the same space, and as such we work from our office in central Hamburg as much as possible.
Who you are
We want you to thrive in your role and believe that you have:
At least 3 years of experience working as a Product Manager on a digital product in close collaboration with engineers and direct access to customers.
Excellent English communication skills with the ability to make the complex seem simple; both in writing and in person.
Expertise in product discovery techniques like interviews, user testing, prototyping, scoping, and rapid iteration.
A high degree of organizational skills.
A passion for AI / Machine Learning, data, and data storytelling.
It is beneficial if you also have:
Expertise in SQL for analytics and reporting.
An understanding or hands-on experience in marketing and measurement.
Expertise in the B2B SaaS business model and KPIs.
Hands-on experience using and/or building Data / Machine Learning / AI products.
The Product
Funnel enables a workflow that automates the collection of all the data the customer needs, easy creation and maintenance of a robust data model with the customer's own concepts and metrics, and finally analysis and reporting, in Funnel or in the tools they already like to use. All this without the user having to write a single line of code or even be particularly technical. We call it “Business-Ready Data” and our vision is that the people who need data for their decision-making should have the tools to do it themselves - and not be dependent on their technical colleagues.
Who we are

Now equipped with measurement, Funnel combines Marketing Mix Modelling, Multi-Touch Attribution, and Incrementality Testing to triangulate the true effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide smart, data-driven suggestions.
