The role
The Customer Advocacy Team at GoCardless sits within the Customer Success function and works with our UKI and International Groups. The team uses a strategic approach to identify and nurture customers to share their stories with the world and participate in customer-led engagements. Through delivering value to customers, we’re able to foster long-term relationships and power the production of customer advocacy content and events that can be used by global sales, marketing and customer teams to drive growth and retention.
The Customer Advocacy Executive (Distribution) role focuses on the Distribution of Customer Advocacy Content, Customer Advocacy Insights and Enablement, Customer Advocacy Measurement and Tool Management. You will also have the opportunity to produce customer stories and meet customers.
Experience using the following tech stack would be desirable but training can be provided:
- Looker
- Salesforce
- Gong
- Figma
- Confluence
- Contentful/similar CMS
- Eventbrite
- Google Workplace

- Maximising the value of content across multiple channels and having the remit to be creative and bring new ideas and solutions to the team.

- The opportunity to get involved/learn about all aspects of Customer Advocacy and work with agencies on written and video content production.
What excites us
- Experience in a similar customer, marketing or communications role, ideally with a background in B2B content or customer advocacy.
- A ‘customer first’ attitude and the ability to develop strong working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills.
- Experience in creating impactful, on-brand content (particularly in slide format), sometimes to tight deadlines.
- Someone who is comfortable to own the tools of the team and the processes we use to deliver Distribution and Measurement outcomes.
