Job Description:
CredR seeks an experienced and proactive Executive IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. The role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier IT talent while ensuring a positive and seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead end-to-end recruitment for executive-level IT positions, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
•Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, networking events).
•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
•Actively contribute to team efforts by sharing insights and working cooperatively with coworkers to achieve recruitment goals.
•Familiarity with recruiting for roles that require proficiency in key IT languages and technologies, including- Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, SQL, Ruby, PHP, .NET, Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps Tools
•Strong understanding of technical terminology and ability to assess candidates' proficiency in these technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
•Proven ability to recruit for executive and senior-level positions in the IT sector.
•Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
•Experience working in a startup environment is a strong plus.
