About you
You’re a skilled Account Manager (or Product Manager? 👀) who thrives in fast-paced environments, with a proven ability to grow accounts and generate additional revenue. You’re comfortable digging into customer needs, love the challenge of a startup, and have a deep appreciation for the nuances of real estate. You’ll also have worked very closely with a product or engineering team to communicate our customers needs. You’d expected to be in the office at least one day a week as well as visiting and spending time with our customers.

The role
Reporting to Erin Isaac, your mission will be to support and grow our current customer base through upselling and renewals.
This means you will...
- Become an expert in how GenAI will change the Real Estate industry, teaching our customers how they can use our product to transform how they work
- Identify areas of growth through upselling & cross-selling opportunities
- Develop strong relationships with our current customers to understand their needs and ensure Ellie is meeting them… or if she isn’t today, make suggestions to our engineering team to fulfil those needs!
- Be ever curious, seeking insights into our ideal customers, exploring their problems and how we can add more value
- Be our non-technical support lead for all customer queries. This doesn’t just mean responding to technical issues, but proactively reaching out to customers with advice and recommendations
A huge part of this role will be diving into our customers processes and uncovering key workflows You’ll play an integral role in aligning customer needs with our solutions, alongside guiding them through their journey with Ellie.

- A 90 minute culture chat with the team and Founders (in person)
