YOUR MISSION
This is a unique opportunity for a driven, highly skilled individual who wants to be part of a fast-growing B2B startup. Be the face towards our customers and ensure they derive maximum value from our product.
In this role, you will become an important part of scaling our B2B communications platform. You will work closely with our Sales and Product teams, be the internal advocate for the customer, and ensure the customer experience is at the heart of all actions and decisions made.
YOUR TASKS
- You are the technical face towards our customers and help them to successfully derive business value from our products
- You translate customer needs into technical requirements and ensure they successfully integrate with our platform
- You configure data mappings & transformations, customer connections, and workflows in our internal tools
- You are quick to troubleshoot a customer's technical difficulties, lead and conduct technical scoping meetings with customers and internal stakeholders
- You own the onboarding of our customers as well as their partners on our Procuros platform
- You will continuously contribute to optimize our internal structures and processes
- You are the internal expert for the customers' needs and collaborate with our Sales, Product, and Tech teams to scale our B2B communications platform rapidly
YOUR PROFILE
- You have at min. 2 years of experience in a B2B operations or solutions role in a fast-paced environment, preferably in SaaS.
- You have some coding or data science experience - e.g., understanding API documentation, working with JSON files, understanding data structures - as a solid level of technical understanding is needed to succeed in this role
- You can understand and translate a customer's need into technical requirements and vice versa
- You are a skilled, proactive communicator and enjoy finding expert solutions for our customers
- You are highly organized with an entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
- You are fluent in German and English
