As a Finance Business Partner for GEO (Global Employment Outsourcing), you will take a proactive role in helping the GEO business unit fully understand its financial performance. You'll challenge the status quo to identify areas for improvement and work closely with the department to help it reach its full potential. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing reporting and analysis that provide clear, transparent insights into the financial results.
How you will make a difference:
- Be a key business partner to a range of non-financial and operational staff within the group
- Monthly KPI reporting
- Present financial metrics to key business stakeholders as part of monthly management meetings
- Support key business decisions, by helping senior management make decisions based on financial modelling
- Challenge and influence the operational teams on their costs and performance
- Support Month end work and management accounting
- Providing timely and accurate reporting and a high standard of analysis to enhance decision making
- Review and challenge costs across your business
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
What will make you stand out:
- Communication skills are key. Being able to display and explain financial results to areas of the business and their impacts.
- Prior experience in a finance business partner role is preferred.
- AAT/ACCA or preferably CIMA qualified
- Study support can be provided
- Knowledge of SUN (Saphire) accounting software or similar
