Your Mission UiPath is seeking a highly experienced Strategic Field Director. In this role you will drive the execution of key initiatives across the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors, while supporting the AVP in developing strategies, overseeing field teams, and ensuring alignment across departments. This role requires a strong understanding of automation, AI, and platform strategy, coupled with the ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and manage operational efficiencies and drive scale. As a trusted partner to the AVP, you will play a crucial role in aligning the field strategy with the overarching goals of UiPath, identifying opportunities for automation, and ensuring smooth execution of strategic priorities. This position focuses on internal strategy, cross-departmental coordination, and providing high-level operational support.
What you'll do at UiPath Strategic Partner to FINS AVP:
- Serve as the right hand to the FINS AVP, supporting the execution of strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with UiPath’s corporate goals.
- Act as a liaison between the AVP and key internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Industry, Product and Customer Success), ensuring cohesive communication and effective decision-making across the organization.
- Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans for field teams, ensuring that automation solutions are integrated into customer success strategies and sector-wide initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, providing the VP with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work directly with customers, prospects and account teams to test and refine GTM strategies and execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure that automation strategies are effectively scaled and integrated across the banking and insurance sectors.
- Partner with the Center of Excellence (CoE) and automation experts to incorporate new RPA solutions into business processes and assist in driving innovation within the banking and insurance sectors.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring that all internal teams are aligned and working towards common objectives set by the VP.
Operational Support & Efficiency:
- Support the VP in resource allocation, making sure that teams have the necessary tools, staffing, knowledge, and assets to achieve their goals.
- Assist in tracking key performance metrics, providing insights that drive the refinement of strategies and the optimization of operations.
- Ensure that all teams are working efficiently by refining internal processes, streamlining communication, and driving continuous improvement
Leadership & Strategic Execution:
- Partner with 5 FINS Sales Leaders, Sales Engineering Leadership, and other key personnel, ensuring they are aligned with the strategic goals of the AVP and the broader UiPath strategy.
- Foster a collaborative environment, promoting communication between teams to ensure that all field activities and strategies are aligned with organizational priorities.
- Act as a mentor, partner and advisor to the leadership team, providing guidance on project execution and strategic decision-making.
Platform Strategy & Development:
- Employ a use case-driven approach to identify key automation opportunities in the banking and insurance sectors, contributing to product innovation and development.
- Collaborate with Product and Solution Development teams to advocate for new automation features and improvements that align with sector needs.
- Provide feedback to sales, product and solution teams based on industry insights, helping UiPath continuously evolve its offerings.
What you'll bring to the team- Proven experience in a senior strategic role, with an emphasis on automation and AI solutions.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, driving strategic initiatives, and leading teams.
- Familiarity with platform strategy, automation use case development, and managing operational excellence through automation.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proven expertise in driving operational efficiency and managing internal processes.
- Monthly travel focused on internal alignment and supporting the AVP in strategic decision making.
- Experience working with automation, RPA, and process excellence teams is highly desired.

Pay TransparencyThe anticipated base salary range for this position is between $214,500 and $305,250. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
