Working closely with key team members, you'll develop and refine plans, applying a mix of creative, analytical, and testing techniques to unlock new opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing trends and optimising digital strategies, and is eager to shape the future of film streaming at a company that values innovation, creativity, and inclusivity.
You will focus on:
Digital Orchestration: Lead and coordinate digital campaigns across multiple markets and platforms, ensuring a cohesive strategy.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and interpret performance data to guide decision-making.
Campaign Optimization: Continually optimize digital marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities for testing and creative improvements to maximize campaign impact.
What you will bring:
Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within a fast-growing environment.
Expertise in managing and optimising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and programmatic advertising.
Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with key metrics like CPC, CPA, LTV, and how to use these to drive strategic decision-making.
Strong communication skills—you’ll need to communicate performance insights and complex data clearly to different teams.
Experience in the entertainment, streaming, or film industry would be beneficial.
A good understanding of full-funnel marketing strategy.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
We want to make cinema accessible to everyone. We believe people from different backgrounds bring different ideas that foster innovation and engagement, allowing us to attract great people to develop the best experience for our users.
