At Fiat Republic, our mission is to bridge the gap between traditional finance and the crypto world by providing seamless, secure, and efficient fiat banking solutions. We empower crypto platforms to scale their operations with ease, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering trust among their users.
Our platform brings together crypto-friendly banks allowing crypto platforms to easily create accounts in multiple currencies, access local payment rails and FX via a single API built with a developer-first ethos. With a strong focus on AML, compliance and security, we believe that ultimately we can convince even the largest global banks to start servicing crypto platforms via Fiat Republic.
To support us through our journey, we have secured the support of Tier-1 VCs.
We are 3 years old, 35 people strong, with very diverse backgrounds and an inclusive culture, currently headquartered in London with a presence in the Netherlands, Poland, and Canada.
About the Role
We are growing at an incredible pace and we are looking to have our first marketing team member join the team to own marketing globally. This person will report to the CCO and will own all marketing efforts.
This is the chance to design and implement a demand generation plan in a fast-growing fintech backed by tier-1 VCs with an incredible team of payments and crypto experts.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Increasing lead generation and qualification through a strategic and prescriptive demand generation strategy by persona. This includes inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategy.
- From the account-based marketing strategy perspective, prioritizing an in-house content-led approach (blogs, videos, podcasts,...) as opposed to an online advertising one (for now).
- Your day-to-day will include:
- Strategizing and executing email campaigns, engagement, and nurturing by segment and persona.
- Planning, creating and distributing thought-leadership white-papers, podcasts, videos, blogs and other lead magnets for prospective and existing clients and industry partners.
- Working hand in hand with our product team to create the best Fiat Republic brand assets to support our discussions with prospective customers and banking partners, as well as to lead the monthly newsletter to existing clients.
- Organising our crypto industry event presence co-organizing events with our industry partners with the objective of generating sales qualified leads for the sales team.
- Owning the Fiat Republic social media accounts and growing engagement and followership by distributing the high-quality and highly differentiated content the team has created.
- Owning the Fiat Republic website content and its SEO optimisation.
- Owning the relationship with our PR agency.
- Providing reporting and actively monitoring and analysing the results of the marketing department initiatives.
You’ll be a great fit if:
- You have an interest in startups and might have already worked for one before.
- You are passionate and knowledgeable about content-led demand generation.
- You have at least 5 years experience in B2B marketing.
- You have experience in the B2B payments world.
- You have a keen or growing interest in the crypto world.
- You can thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly ambiguous work environments where the answer to a question may not be immediately available.
- You're a self-starter, capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision but are also a team player at heart.
