Salary will start from £14.00ph depending on experience.
Shift pattern will be Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break
The role:
We are looking for an Production Supervisor to help us sustain and grow an operation of excellence. You will manage a small team of operatives to deliver department performance productivity, packing quality & accuracy and on time delivery.
As a Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:
- Support the set up of the shift, including covering the release of daily orders when needed
- Manage the team of operatives to fill, pack and ship at the required productivity level with accuracy and quality at the forefront of the mind
- Motivate all operatives to achieve the targets set
- Ensuring quality and site standards are maintained to the highest level
- Opening and Closing of the building
- To manage returns
- To complete training of new operatives and the knowledge of onboarding and offboarding if cover is needed
- Managing departmental deadlines on a daily basis
