Teams at Wayflyer are truly cross-functional. Regardless of your role at Wayflyer, you'll work with a variety of different disciplines and teams from around the world on a multitude of challenging projects and game-changing products to revolutionise the eCommerce landscape.
What You'll Do
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Sales Ops or sales support role.
Proficiency in using HubSpot for managing sales activities, lead tracking, workflows, marketing campaigns and reporting.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proven experience in sales forecasting and analysis.
Experience managing outsourced teams is a plus.
Experience with marketing operations is a plus.

You’ve probably done it at companies of different shapes, sizes and industries. Given what we do, experience in financial services, fintech and business-to-business organisations is particularly interesting to us.
