The Role
Reporting to our Global Senior Director of Growth Marketing, you'll be part of a small - yet impactful! - Growth team, working on both execution and strategy. You'll develop creative ideas and strategies for Retention CRM initiatives and automations, partnering with our Product, Engineering & Marketing teams across the world to drive subscriber lifetime value, while connecting them to great cinema.
You will focus on:
Collaborate with the Growth team to build a strong CRM roadmap that maximises subscriber retention, and minimises CRM pressure and clashes.
End-to-end implementation of global retention-focused CRM automations across multiple channels (email, push notifications, etc.). This involves everything from developing automation’s strategy to briefing creative assets, data integration and owning testing.
Analyse and evaluate CRM automations to determine impact, applying actionable insights to continuously improve retention, and overall effectiveness.
Optimise CRM automations with continuous A/B testing and experimenting.
Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, Data Science and wider Marketing teams on specific automation needs and retention projects, to promote and champion a more holistic approach to retention.
Foster creative strategies and solutions to meet the evolving needs of businesses and customers.
Increase visibility and accessibility of CRM automations structure across the wider team
What you will bring:
5+ years of working as a CRM professional in a similar marketing role
Strong technical implementation confidence, with experience implementing cross-channel and multi-territory CRM campaigns
A strong independent project manager with attention to detail
Analytics-driven mindset, with the ability to synthesise and assess data, and clearly communicate results and recommendations
A creative thinker with lots of ideas and ability to optimise data for our CRM channels
Entrepreneurial attitude: highly self-motivated and autonomous, thrives in a fast-paced environment
Extensive experience using Braze or a similar marketing platform i.e. in-depth knowledge of lifecycle automations, personalisation and data integration
A confident and effective communicator with strong writing skills on different CRM channels
Team player who enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional counterparts
Passion for cinema, especially independent and, international films
