The Opportunity:
As an Integrated Marketing Specialist on the Snowplow demand generation team, you will be directly involved in executing a variety of marketing initiatives across global channels. This role provides significant exposure to different aspects of marketing, allowing you to learn from experienced professionals and develop a diverse skill set. You will play a hands-on role in driving our startup's growth, with your efforts having a tangible impact on key business outcomes.
You’ll collaborate closely with our sales teams, including SDRs and AEs, to progress qualified leads through the funnel. This requires strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly across departments. The environment is fast-paced, so we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a strong sense of urgency, and is eager to take initiative.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Integrated Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive global success aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This role offers a unique opportunity to advance your career while contributing to one of the most innovative software companies in the world. Your efforts will help craft and deliver our messaging to diverse audiences, playing a vital role in our mission to democratize AI-ready behavioral data.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Events:
● Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation and Sales teams to identify and capitalize on strategic event opportunities. This includes virtual and in-person events such as local field gatherings (roundtables, breakfasts, dinners, meetups), webinars, and sponsored conferences, trade shows, and expos.
● Proactively manage the logistics of event planning, including the coordination of schedules, securing venues, and ordering and shipping swag and collateral for in-person events.
● Oversee the execution of campaigns designed to maximize event attendance and engagement among targeted audiences that align with our ICP personas.
● Take ownership of managing event giveaways and fulfilment, ensuring a seamless experience for participants.
Demand Generation Support:
● Provide hands-on support to demand generation leadership in lead generation activities, new contact acquisition, and opportunity progression.
● Assist in deploying various tactics, including paid advertising, email and direct mail campaigns, and both paid and organic social media efforts, to drive lead generation.
● Monitor campaign member stage progression, ensuring that sales follow-up is timely and effective while monitoring metrics dashboards and salesforce for progression.
● Offer post-campaign summaries and actionable recommendations to optimize future efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
● Work in tandem with the broader marketing organization, sales, and product teams to define and execute specific demand generation initiatives and campaigns. This includes developing external webinar topics, coordinating speakers and attendees, and preparing on-site collateral and messaging.
● Support the development and execution of field marketing plans, demand generation strategies, and regionalized and vertical campaigns.
● Maintain and update the global campaign calendar and detailed event & campaign briefs (e.g., launch dates, audience, schedules, promotion plans), ensuring all documentation is current and accessible.
Sales and Marketing Alignment:
● Serve as a key liaison between the marketing and sales teams, communicating relevant campaign details to inform pre- and post-campaign outreach, thereby supporting pipeline growth and acceleration.
● Support the lead management process, tracking and ensuring timely follow-up and conversions, aligning efforts with sales goals.
Data-Driven Marketing Approach:
● Assist in budget management and performance reporting to ensure marketing activities meet or exceed targets.
● Align marketing activities with broader programs to contribute to the development of a predictable and robust pipeline, using data to drive decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Qualifications & Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
● 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, with a focus on events and demand generation.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
● Basic understanding of digital marketing tactics and tools.
● Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
● Able to travel for events once or twice a quarter
● HubSpot and/or Salesforce experience is strongly preferred
