We are looking for a new Solutions Consulting team member in Boston to help accelerate our exciting journey ahead! As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to become a trusted advisor and help world-class marketers gather, analyze, and optimize their data with Funnel.
What you will do
Your main responsibilities include working as a sales engineer to demonstrate the value of Funnel to prospects and customers. This includes supporting them during their assessment period from a technical standpoint while sharing best practices related to gathering/managing/analyzing marketing data, especially within the context of addressing complex use cases.
You will collaborate closely with our Account Executives and Customer Success Managers as well as our Product teams to provide input on the evolution of the Funnel product.
You will have achieved success when the prospect understands fully how Funnel is foundational to helping them achieve their business goals.
As a Solutions Consultant you will:
Lead technical pre-sales conversations with prospects
Work with customers on an ongoing basis to meet complex marketing data use cases
Become an expert in using the Funnel platform
Provide input to the Product teams to make our solution even better and deliver ever-increasing value to our customers
Collaborate with other members of the global Solutions Consulting team on global initiatives
Support technical knowledge acquisition as needed by other teams including Customer Success, Support, etc.

Who you are

Experience & Skills:
Around 3-5 years of experience in a solution/technical consulting or pre-sales engineering role
Domain knowledge of digital platforms and/or experience in working with data, marketing analytics, or performance reporting
Experience in and enjoy working in a client-facing role
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio and similar applications
Fluency in spoken and written English (French is a plus)
A bachelor’s degree is a plus
