Make Your Mark:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our Salesforce environment to support our Sales and Marketing organizations. This role is focused on Salesforce optimization rather than technical administration. You will handle complex support issues, contribute to prioritization of system enhancements, and align Salesforce functionalities with our GTM Ops initiatives to optimize revenue generation and operational efficiency.
You'll Get To: - Provide advanced support for Salesforce users, particularly those in GTM roles, resolve technical issues and evaluate strategic solution enhancements
- Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to streamline sales and marketing processes
- Analyze requirements gathering, documentation, and validation process, ensuring clear communication and understanding between business and IT stakeholders.
- Evaluate enhancement requests and understand the capabilities of Salesforce to offer or steer requestor towards an out-of-the-box solution
- Become subject matter expert in BlackLine GTM applications and understand both the business process as well as the systemization of the process to support an enterprise standard
- Manage the delivery process by leveraging IT process to ensure timely and efficient enhancements
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Salesforce platform, ensuring its capabilities are fully leveraged to meet business objectives. Knowledge of integrating systems like Clari, Outreach, Marketo, Gainsight will be advantageous.
- Keep up-to-date with latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices
What You'll Bring: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
- Years of Experience in Related Field: 8+
- Minimum 8 years experience in Salesforce Administration, Business Analyst, or Enterprise Application administration
- Salesforce certification(s) required (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Saleforce optimization role, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality, Lightning components, and marketing automation tools
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a keen attention to detail.Salesforce implementation consulting experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experienced in gathering business requirements and translating into technical specifications.
We’re Even More Excited If You Have: - Experience with Lightning user interface configuration, components, and applications
- Experience with SQOL and Custom development is a plus
- Familiarity with Clari, Outreach, Marketo, Gainsight, or similar tools is a plus
- Project Management experience is a plus

Salary Range: USD $98,000.00 - USD $131,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement: Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant’s prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
