Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Finance POC - TN(TamilNadu) at Shadowfax. The role involves handling day-to-day financial operations, managing COD receivables, preparing and analyzing COD receivable data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role is located in Bangalore ~ "Garden City of India"
Responsibilities
1) Should support LM Operations in recovering COD Pendency & resolving Data Reconciling Issues
2) Should share daily/weekly/monthly MIS of COD Pendency with Management.
3) Should follow up with HI's and Franchisee Partner's for COD Pendency
4) Should take complete responsibility for COD Pendency & Payout related issues in his/her designated AOR
5) Should complete the daily Franchise Expansion Task(Documents Collection & Recording) assigned in his designated AOR
6) Should analyze the COD risk in his/her designated AOR and highlight the same to Management and caution the defaulters
Required Qualifications
1) Candidate should be a graduate (Preferrable in B.Com)
2) Candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar role/collections
3) Candidate should have good communication skills
4) Candidate should know Tamil, Hindi and English
5) Candidate should know all the major functions and analytics tools in MS Excel/G Sheet
6) Candidate should be good at understanding data logics
7) Candidate should be able to work for 6 days a week (Sunday is a week off)
Compensation: 4-5 Lakhs/Annum
