Make Your Mark:The Resource Manager will play a key role in overseeing the strategic planning, scheduling, and allocation of resources within the Services organization. This role will manage demand, aligning consultant skills with project needs, and collaborate closely with Services leadership to ensure successful project deliveries. Strong research, analytical, and quantitative skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail, are essential components of success for this role.
You'll Get To: - Develop and leverage a deep understanding of Certinia’s workforce planning capabilities to conduct thorough reviews of weekly forecasts in collaboration with the Services leadership team.
- Review pipeline of projects to ensure adequate resourcing available across pillars (Financial Close Management, Invoice-to-Cash, Intercompany and Consolidations and Financial Analytics) identifying any potential gaps.
- Possess a deep knowledge of best practices when it comes to strategic delivery and customer satisfaction, executing in effective ways across complex projects.
- Schedule, plan, and assign consultants to projects based on skillset, availability and customer needs.
- Monitor and report on consultant performance, productivity and project delivery metrics.
- Partner with Services leadership and Customer Team Enablement to ensure skills matrix remains up-to-date for all resources.
- Deliver high-level reporting that assists leadership with proactive strategic decision-making.
- Create visibility by providing data-driven insights into key workforce and resource management status, gaps, and areas of opportunity.
- Perform other duties as needed
What You'll Bring: - Bachelor’s Degree/Bachelor of Business
- 4+ years experience in a professional services, technology delivery, or software implementation roles
- Minimum 3 years of experience in workforce, resource and/or project management
- Experience with PSA tool, preferably Certinia
- Self-directed and experienced in Business, Process, Reporting analysis
- Robust problem solving & critical thinking skills, self-motivation, and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present issues, ideas, and data analysis to senior leaders
- Skilled in various reporting tools like Excel and PowerBI as well as a quick aptitude for learning new tools
- Excellent strategic and tactical business skills and a passion to draw actionable insights from data to drive better decision making
- Ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people, and projects simultaneously
- Participation in driving the strategic priorities and initiatives of the organization forward

Salary Range: USD $112,000.00 - USD $149,000.00
Pay Transparency Statement: Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant’s prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
