How you will make a difference:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic partners, ensuring their and internal team satisfaction and continued business engagement.
- Serve as the Strategic point of contact between partners and company, providing consistent and high-level support to address internal needs, concerns, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and ensure smooth execution of joint initiatives.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the partnership and driving growth, including new product offerings and cross-selling initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to optimize results.
- Develop and deliver regular performance reports, status updates, and forecasts to key stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage contractual agreements, ensuring they meet both parties’ expectations and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partnership growth.
What will make you stand out:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partner management, account management, or business development (typically 3-5 years).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex partner dynamics.
- A strategic thinker with a strong focus on results and growth.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
