Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Controller to join our team, reporting to our Lead Controller. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support in various financial and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in all the fields of corporate finance (FP&A, Controlling and General Accounting) and the administrative field.
Key responsibilities:
What we'd love to see from you:
2 to 5 years of experience in financial control in the aerospace industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Fluency in the English language
Knowledge of German, French or Italian is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dedicated to the team and owner of a friendly and approachable personality.
Proactive and hard worker
Agile, creative, and naturally curious to understand the why, reassess needs, and do better
Seek for frugality, automation and performance
Strong attention and attention to details
Willingness to understand the big picture
Strong organization skills
