Your role at a glance 🤸♀️
We’re looking for a Junior People Operations Coordinator to join the Juni team! If you love creating seamless employee experiences, have an eye for detail and a knack for juggling multiple priorities - from admin work and office management to recruitment coordination - this is the role for you. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day People Operations, supporting office management, and helping us build an exceptional team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where no two days are the same!
Your responsibilities 👏
People Operations:
- Supporting the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining HR records.
- Assisting with payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related processes.
- Managing HR systems and ensuring data accuracy.
- Assisting with policy documentation and compliance.
Office Management:
- Being a culture ambassador for the Juni hubs - coordinating events, team activities, and celebrations to boost engagement amongst Junis.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly, including managing supplies, vendors, and facilities. Acting as the first point of contact for office-related queries.
- Supporting the creation of a welcoming and productive workplace environment.
Recruitment:
- Support in coordinating recruitment processes, scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Managing job postings and tracking applicant progress.
- Ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Qualifications 👑
What we need to see
- A proactive and organized approach to multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
What we’d love to see
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 - 2 years of work experience in HR, People Operations or recruitment.
- Experience with HRIS and ATS tools.
- Event coordination experience.
- A people-first mindset with a passion for creating a great employee and candidate experience.
