Khazna launched in 2020 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to neobank for underbanked consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Automation Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of marketing automation platforms, ensuring smooth execution of automated marketing campaigns, workflows, and customer journeys.
- Customer Segmentation: Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to enhance targeting and personalization, driving engagement and conversion rates.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with strategy teams to design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including push notifications, SMS, and other digital communication channels.
- Lead Nurturing & Scoring: Develop automated lead nurturing programs and scoring models to guide prospects through the sales funnel effectively.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and areas for optimization. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions.
- Automation & Workflow Optimization: Design and manage automated workflows, trigger-based communications, and personalized content delivery to enhance the customer experience.
- Integration & System Optimization: Work with IT and other teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation platforms with CRM systems and other tools. Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing automation efforts with overall business goals and customer experience initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist or a similar role.
- Proven experience with "Insider" is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lead nurturing, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
