We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Developer to join our team. If you want to join a world-leading, VC-backed, AI start-up, this job is for you!! Candidates will have the chance to work closely with our founders and founding team. We are a team of serial entrepreneurs with successful exits across an array of industries. On an individual level, our founding team contains multiple IIMA graduates, missile scientists, former senior management at Barclays, and US MBA graduates.
Expertise in Figma and relocation to Ahmedabad are requirements for this role and candidates should have 3 years plus of experience.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and founders to create user-friendly and visually appealing digital products. You will be responsible for gathering user requirements, designing interfaces, and contributing to the overall user experience of our applications
Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs.
- Design Development: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure designs meet project requirements and user expectations.
- Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders into design iterations.
- Visual Design: Develop graphic elements such as buttons, menus, and icons that enhance the user interface and improve the user experience.
- Testing: Assist in usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of designs and make necessary adjustments. Evaluate customer feedback and experience during BETA trials, and improve based on that feedback.
