Your mission
Enabling our customers, practitioners, partners, and GTM professionals is core to UiPath’s success. As Director of Revenue Enablement, you are responsible for end-to-end enablement of users, strengthening our sales and sales engineering competencies, and running our executive briefing centers and Advisory Boards. For this role, we are looking for a candidate with a strong GTM background with significant experience in enabling large organizations in the Tech space. You will have a track record of collaborating across geographies to drive scale in an organization.
You will report to the Chief Customer Officer.
What you'll do at UiPath
Lead our global enablement organization, which comprises GTM Enablement, Partner Enablement, and Customer Experience functions.
Execute large-scale enablement events, both virtually and in-person.
Drive best practices in sales and sales engineering competencies, enhancing productivity in collaboration with our Sales and Sales Engineering leaders.
Manage a range of shared services related to enablement and sales engineering.
Develop and implement partner enablement strategies for both GTM and delivery.
Innovate on how we deliver education to our end users through our online UiPath Academy and instructor-led trainings.
Expand our existing Certifications program in terms of both breadth and depth.
Build the foundation for the next generation of Automation professionals through our Academic Alliance and Learning Partner programs.
Deliver world-class executive briefings at our numerous briefing centers worldwide.
Generate revenue streams through education initiatives.
Continuously evolve our exceptional team to help the business achieve its strategic goals.
What you'll bring to the team
8+ years of enablement experience across the GTM space, including having held front line GTM roles
3+ years in leadership roles
Recognized as a thought leader and industry expert in enablement strategies, ed-tech, enablement programs, change management and learning techniques.
World class collaborator, bringing together multiple disciplines to build the best training.
Significant gravitas in front of front line GTM team members and leaders on how to leverage enablement to achieve performance and productivity.
Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing, comfort in business and technical discussions
Highly trusted individual who maintains and expects high standards for self and team, a self-starter, resilient, comfortable with constant change and ambiguity
Strategic thinker, who is also execution oriented; ideally has experience driving cross functional programs or processes
Effective at building relationships (internally and with partners), collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives/ partners in cross-company projects
Able to effectively manage and lead a diverse globally distributed team
While the role is remote, being near one of UiPath’s offices is preferred.
