The purpose of the role:
The purpose of this internship is to provide valuable hands-on experience in HR and company culture, while supporting the People & Culture team in fostering a positive and engaging work environment. This role aims to enhance your skills in human resources, event coordination, and employee relations, contributing to your professional growth and our team's success.
Tasks:
Support the administration of our HRIS and help us make better use of it day by day, challenge by challenge
Support the automation efforts so we can focus on projects that add value to our people
Support our People Operations with employee journey management
Provide support related to office management items
Support the team in preparation of presentations, reports, and employer branding material
Support our cultural events
Support us in further standardization and streamlining of our processes
Bring your own ideas and experiments
This is an intern role so we understand you may have no experience, and this is totally OK. We would not be calling it an intern role if it needed experience. We will teach you everything. We want you to bring common sense and an open mind to work in a healthy, dynamic, and challenging environment.
These are the basic requirements for this role:
You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Labour law or similar studies (convenio de prácticas will be necessary to do this internship). We cannot offer this role to someone who has already graduated.
You are passionate about People and Culture.
You are eager to learn and grow.
You would love to experience what it is like to work in an agile and international environment.
You are positive, dynamic, and hands-on.
You speak English and (ideally) Spanish and/or German, but only English is also OK.
