YOUR CHALLENGE
Join us as a Senior Product Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of our Chauffeur Ride Experience team. In this role, you'll co-lead the pod alongside the Engineering Manager, ensuring a seamless and premium journey for our customers. Your focus will be on enhancing every touch-point of the ride experience, making sure that our service remains the benchmark for luxury and reliability.
As part of the Ride Experience domain, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimise features that elevate customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You’ll own the roadmap, aligning it with business objectives while using data-driven insights to guide prioritisation. Balancing technical enhancements with new features, you’ll ensure that our product continues to evolve while maintaining stability and scalability.
ABOUT YOU
- Experienced Leader – You have 5+ years of experience in product management, giving you a deep understanding of how to drive impactful product development.
- Customer-Obsessed – You think beyond the technical aspects; your focus is on creating seamless, intuitive, and delightful ride experiences.
- Strategic & Data-Driven – You excel at defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), conducting A/B tests, and making data-backed decisions that enhance product outcomes.
- Proven Impact – You have successfully launched 2-3 major features, each spanning 4-6 months, demonstrating your ability to manage complex projects from ideation to execution.
- Creative & Problem-Solving Mindset – You see challenges as opportunities and bring innovative solutions to elevate the ride experience.
- Industry Experience – Prior experience in transportation, hospitality, or mobility services is a plus, but not a must.
