As a Finance Working Student you will play a crucial role in our finance operations ensuring that our company runs at the highest possible level of excellence. You will be owing recurring tasks and operational projects together with our Senior Finance Manager, Ildiko and our Finance Team.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance team with invoice verification and preparation for payments, as well as bank reconciliation.
- Support Accounts Receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding invoicing inquiries.
- Contribute to month-end closing procedures to facilitate accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain financial records to ensure compliance with internal processes and accurate data tracking.
- Assist in various ad-hoc finance projects as needed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Practical experience in accounting or finance is advantageous but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and critical thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications, Google Workspace, and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a sense of ownership in tasks.
- Advanced communication skills in German and English are required.
