As a Partner Manager, your mission is to acquire and activate new partners - primarily accounting firms - that will introduce our solutions to their clients. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential partners, building strong relationships, and ensuring they become active referral sources. This role is perfect for someone who loves sales, understands the power of partnerships, and isn't afraid to dive in and get things done.
Responsibilities 👏
In this role, you’ll:
- Identify and engage potential accounting firms in Sweden.
- Own the full sales cycle - from outreach and pitching to closing partnership agreements.
- Activate new partners by educating them on our value proposition and ensuring they start referring clients.
- Build lasting relationships through trust, communication and deep industry understanding.
- Develop expertise in accounting and financial services to better serve and engage partners.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize our partner strategy and support lead generation efforts.

- Curious and adaptable - you’re eager to learn about accounting and financial services.
- Fluent in Swedish and English - you can confidently engage with partners and internal stakeholders in both languages.
What we’d love to see
- Experience with B2B sales tech stack; Hubspot, LI Sales Nav, Cognism
- Experience with SaaS or B2B fintech (Banking, spend management, treasury or financing)
- Basic accounting and ERP knowledge (Fortnox, Microsoft Business Central, Visma)
