ABOUT THIS POSITION

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist (m/f/d) who enjoys working across various HR functions, including end-to-end employee support and Learning & Development projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both operational and project-based HR work within a dynamic startup environment. You will work closely with employees and leadership, ensuring smooth HR processes and contributing to a positive company culture.

YOUR TASKS

Serve as a key contact for employees, providing HR support and guidance on topics such as employee relations, mediation, and compliance with German labor law.
Oversee and execute core HR processes including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.
Support payroll, contract management, and other administrative HR functions in collaboration with People Operations.
Assist with recruitment and employer branding as needed.
Execute Learning & Development initiatives, organizing training sessions and workshops.
Identify team and individual development needs and coordinate targeted learning programs.
Work on various HR projects.

YOUR PROFILE

2-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with proven exposure to German labor law and employee relations.
Experience in a fast-paced, startup, or tech-driven environment.
Hands-on mentality, willing to take on diverse HR tasks and execute projects efficiently.
Knowledge of HR best practices, employee development, and HR operations.
Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
