YOUR TASKS
- Act as the first point of contact for all candidate communication and coordinate interview scheduling, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Support the entire job posting process, from analyzing hiring needs to selecting suitable channels and platforms.
- Collaborate with the recruiting and marketing teams on various employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility.
- Review resumes as part of the initial candidate evaluation process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure both data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Provide support to the HR team on additional projects, gaining exposure to a variety of HR processes.
- Opportunity to take on screening calls as a potential area of growth.
YOUR PROFILE
- Enrolled in a German university program, ideally with a focus on business, psychology, human resources, or a related field.
- First experience in recruitment through internships or a working student position is required.
- Interest in recruitment, employer branding, and human resources.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, coupled with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to grow quickly and take on responsibility.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic startup culture.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; German skills at a minimum B2 level required.
- Ability to regularly commute to our headquarters in Darmstadt.
