About the role;
Matillion is currently looking for a Partner Alliances Manager to join #teamgreen working on a 6-month contract basis in the US.
Partner Alliance Managers play a critical role in Matillion’s sales and go-to-market motion. They work closely with some of the industry’s top SI and Consulting organizations, helping them to develop Matillion-based practices, create demand generation and go-to-market strategies, and bring to market joint customer offerings. PAMs collaborate with their partners to ensure they can understand and promote Matillion’s value proposition to customers and prospects, as well as support joint sales activity, and ensure successful customer outcomes.
What you will be doing;

Partner Strategy, Development and Enablement- Help define and execute Matillion’s consulting partner strategy in their region
- Build and execute sales plays with partners to generate incremental customer demand and sales opportunities
- Work with Matillion direct sales and Technology Alliances teams to align Matillion sales, SI partners and key technology partners for joint sales and demand generation activities
- Provide overall enablement support of top partners, including training existing partners on Matillion’s value proposition
- Foster internal relationships with key stakeholders from Matillion’s Sales, Marketing and Executive organizations
- Build joint demand generation plans and program with Consulting partners, promoting joint events and technical sessions
- Establish and orchestrate co-selling programs between Matillion’s sales and the consulting partner’s sales teams
Customer Success & Partner Management- Ensure the partner is enabled enough they can position the benefits of Matillion with new projects from inception and throughout the project progression
- Ensure that projects deliver optimum cost/benefits solutions and success criteria agreed
- Cultivating and building strong relationships with partners and becoming their trusted advisor
- Sales enablement and training, ensuring partners are proficient in our product and offering when presenting Matillion
- Work with Matillion sellers to enable effective co-selling and teaming strategies
- Facilitate and run joint planning sessions with Matillion sellers and consulting partners to identify incremental customer opportunities
Reporting- Manage business rhythm with partner’s BD/sales organizations, implement scorecards and KPIs, and track goal achievement
- Implement internal tracking, create dashboards and regular business reports to the Matillion leadership team and direct reports
- Salesforce and Tableau experience.
What are we looking for? Essentials- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach with excellent proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
- Experience working within enterprise software sales organization
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in program management, partner development and/or channel sales roles in the business technology market
- Experience building GTM initiatives with strategic and SI partners
- Proven ability to think and work strategically, while also driving rapid execution including personally contributing to key deliverables
- Ability to quickly understand complex issues and develop/apply simplifying frameworks to facilitate broader organizational understanding, decision-making, and action
- Excellent time management and organization skills with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of Cloud computing technology and a utility pricing model
- Willingness to travel (~35%)

At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive salaries in line with market standards. Our estimated compensation range for this position is $92,000 - $138,000 but the final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
