What you will do
As a Product Marketing Manager at Lighthouse, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products by aligning marketing strategies with business objectives and market opportunities. You will leverage your expertise to shape and refine go-to-market strategies, ensuring they are both customer-centric and data-driven. By championing customer insights, you will inform impactful marketing strategies, enhance the customer journey, and develop clear, benefits-focused messaging that resonates with target audiences. Collaborating closely with product, sales, and go-to-market teams, you will ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives, improve ROI, and position Lighthouse as a market leader.
Where you will have impact
- Research market trends and customer segments to deeply understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and inform product strategy, content, and messaging.
- Analyze competitors to assess the competitive landscape and uncover strategic opportunities and threats.
- Craft compelling product messaging and positioning informed by a deep understanding of the product, target audience, and market insights.
- Work closely with product management and technical teams to understand and translate technical product features to benefits-focused messaging.
- Partner with sales-enablement to create and optimize sales materials that drive revenue for new products and support up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align expectations, define product communication plans, develop marketing assets, and coordinate impactful feature releases aligned with business objectives.

Who you are
- Proven experience in B2B Saas Product Marketing roles with a track record of successful and measurable impact
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in product marketing & evaluation of new technologies
- Exceptional attention to detail, great time management and excellent communication skills (English is a must, other language is a plus)
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines and budgets
- Demonstrated experience crafting compelling, differentiated product messaging tailored to various audiences
- Proven track record of successfully launching products or features and aligning cross-functional teams for a cohesive rollout
- The ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and using data-driven insights to optimize Product Marketing strategies for maximum impact
In addition to benefits and other Lighthouse total rewards, the annual base salary for this role is $80,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD. We benchmark our salary ranges for new hires in relation to the role, level, and role location; however, we consider a multitude of factors, to include relevant experience, skills, and education/training, to determine compensation within the identified range.
