What you will do
As a Strategic Partnerships Manager (Independent Markets), you will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships that strengthen our presence in the independent markets within the hospitality and travel technology sectors. You will focus on identifying, nurturing, and expanding key relationships, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. Your role will be critical in driving growth and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Where you will have impact
- Establish and cultivate partnerships specifically targeting the independent markets, addressing unique opportunities and challenges within this segment.
- Drive day-to-day interactions with partners, from partnership leaders to C-level executives, ensuring strong, productive relationships.
- Provide regular insights into partnership performance, identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, sales, legal, engineering, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives.
- Develop market-specific demand-generation tools such as training programs, marketing campaigns, webinars, and industry events.
- Take ownership of sourced and influenced revenue streams, focusing on exceeding KPIs for partner success.
- Lead the identification and closure of complex, large-scale, or innovative business partnership opportunities.
- Apply strategic thinking and creativity to solve challenges, enhance engagement, and drive market-specific opportunities.

Who you are
- Proven experience in strategic partnership programs, with a focus on independent or fragmented markets.
- Strong background in travel technology; hospitality industry experience is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in partnerships or business development within the technology industry.
- Exceptional collaboration and program management skills to drive cross-departmental initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives and present at industry conferences.
- Highly adaptable, results-oriented, and skilled in managing shifting priorities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with varied stakeholders.
- Comfortable with travel and working across different time zones.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to execute effectively.
- Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools, fluency in English (additional languages are a plus), and in-depth knowledge of independent markets within the hospitality and travel technology ecosystem.
