ABOUT THE ROLE
The Security Team at Fever ensures the protection and integrity of our platform, employees, and users. We work proactively to prevent security breaches, mitigate risks, and uphold Fever’s commitment to a safe and trustworthy community.
As a Junior Trust & Safety Specialist, you will report to the Trust & Safety Manager and play a key role in supporting risk assessments, due diligence, and compliance checks. You will assist in investigations, monitor potential risks, and contribute to maintaining Fever’s security standards. This role requires attention to detail, curiosity, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work with sensitive information.
Key responsibilities:
- Support investigations into potential risks involving partners, clients, and users, responding to Trust & Safety violations
- Assist in conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) and Due Diligence (DD) checks to verify identities and ensure compliance
- Help prepare investigative reports and contribute to risk assessment processes
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and best practices in due diligence, fraud prevention, and compliance
- Identify red flags and escalate potential risks to senior team members
- Contribute to creating and organizing reports to track team performance and incident trends
- Assist in the development of Trust & Safety policies and procedures
- Support internal training initiatives to enhance awareness of investigative processes
- Collaborate with internal teams on fraud prevention strategies and operational improvements
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive information
ABOUT YOU
- 1-3 years of experience in Trust & Safety, investigations, compliance, fraud prevention, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of due diligence, KYP, KYC, and investigative techniques
- Experience with OSINT tools, compliance regulations, and risk assessment is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in English (additional languages like Spanish, French, or Portuguese are a plus)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks independently

This position is based at Fever’s HQ in Madrid. If you are currently located elsewhere, relocation will be required. While we offer flexibility, regular presence in our office is expected.
