About the role:
As a Associate Software Engineer, your mission is to ensure customer satisfaction by quickly identifying and resolving technical issues, minimizing technical debt, and providing direct support to our Care team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability and performance of our platform while gaining valuable experience to grow within the company.
Your mission:
- Act as the first line of defense in identifying and fixing bugs.
- Implement quick and effective solutions to unblock customers.
- Contribute to reducing technical debt to enhance platform scalability and reliability.
- Work closely with the Care team to diagnose and resolve customer-reported issues.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to improve overall product quality and performance.
Your profile:
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and React.js.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to debugging and issue resolution.
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team dedicated to improving product quality and customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English
