We are looking for an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to join our Customer Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing co-marketing initiatives that drive partner engagement, demand generation, and brand awareness. You will ensure that partners are equipped with the right marketing tools, campaigns, and communication to maximize the impact of our joint go-to-market efforts.
You will work closely with our partner ecosystem, internal marketing, sales, and partner management teams to align marketing strategies, optimize partner enablement, communication, and enhance our market presence through scalable and effective partner marketing programs.
Your responsibilities:
Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners, including joint digital campaigns, webinars, events, and content.
Create and manage partner marketing toolkits, ensuring partners have the resources they need to effectively market and sell our solutions.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine messaging and positioning for joint solutions.
Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and track ROI for partner-led marketing initiatives.
Plan and execute partner events, roundtables, and sponsorships at industry conferences.
Drive partner engagement through the Partner Portal, ensuring marketing materials and content are up to date.
Manage proactive partner communication, including newsletter and ad hoc communications.
Translate company updates into clear, partner-relevant messaging—focusing on what’s in it for them.
Ensure partners have the necessary materials, timelines, and action points to leverage new marketing initiatives.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner marketing programs and optimize strategies accordingly.
Your Profile
Significant experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, or channel marketing in the software or technology sector
Strong understanding of co-marketing strategies, demand generation, and partner programs
Experience working with MDF programs, partner enablement, and campaign execution
Proactive communicator with the ability to translate internal initiatives into clear, partner-relevant messaging
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and optimize marketing performance
Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
